What does Baseline KPI imply?

If you don’t know the current value of the KPI, you can use baseline KPI to find the baseline value. This value can be used as a source to set target for next quarter. Some examples:
- You want to obtain a baseline value for average customer satisfaction score for your support team.
- You want to obtain a baseline value for lead to deal conversion rate to improve sales.
