Profit.co allows you to set stretch targets for your key results and track them.
Why this feature?
Stretch targets can be the perfect motivation for a team that's in need of productivity. Stretch targets are often ambitious because they're directly linked to your company's mission.
Step 1:
While creating a key result using Increase/Decrease KPI. Select the Stretch Target Value button and enter the target and select Create.
Note: Stretch target is available only for Increase/Decrease KPI
Step 2:
Once the key result is created the stretch target value will be added to the check-in slider and the user can progress there.
