MS Outlook Calendar Integration

Outlook allows you to send and receive email messages, manage your calendar, store names and numbers of your contacts, and track your tasks. You can also create appointments and events, organize meetings, view group schedules, and much more. Click any time slot in the Outlook Calendar and start to type to create your appointment or event.

What you can do with Outlook Meetings and Profit.co integration?

1. Check availability for your Outlook meetings in Profit.co Meetings page.
2. You can sync your Profit.co and Outlook meeting calendar and can access your calendar directly.
3. No need to switch platforms to check time availability on the calendar, instead stay at Profit.co and access your Outlook meetings calendar

Configure the MS Outlook Calendar in Profit.co?

Note: Only Super Users can be able to enable the Outlook Calendar Sync in Profit.co

Step 1

Navigate to Settings → Meetings from the left navigation panel.

On the Meetings page, select the General tab and enable the Outlook Calendar Sync toggle.

To download Profit.co Meetings in Microsoft App source follow these steps:

Open a new tab and go to the Microsoft App Store link which we have given below.
Click Here.

Log in with your Microsoft account credentials.

After logging in search for Profit.co Meetings.

Install the application by clicking on Get it Now.

By installing it you’ll be redirected to the Profit.co account.

You can also download the Profit.co Meetings by navigating to Preferences → Integrations and clicking on the Click here to Install button.

Sign in to your Microsoft account, if the Profit.co Meetings app is already installed, it will redirect you to the Profit.co account.

If the Profit.co Meetings app is not installed a Permissions requested pop-up will appear, click on the Accept button.

Then, Profit.co Meetings app will be installed and then it will redirect you to the Profit.co account.

Step 3

Navigate to Meetings from the left navigation panel.

If you schedule any Meetings in Profit.co, it will be reflected in your Outlook Calendar.
