Power Productivity with New Features in Profit.co:

Task Management:

• Unassigned Task: Users can create a task without assigning it to anyone.

CFR:

• Predefined templates for Meetings: User’s can use the predefined templates containing the topics to discuss or create new templates and add them to a Meeting.

Performance Management:

• Peers’ and Reportee’s Q&A visibility: In the Q&A Template, specific questions can be configured to regulate Peers’ and Reportee’s visibility.
• Export option for Secondary Reviewers: Secondary Reviewers can now Export review data from their Secondary Reviewer dashboard.
• Attach Documents in Performance Reviews: Users can now attach supporting documents as a part of their assessment in the Documents section.

Integrations:

• Profit.co <> Zoho Desk: Integrate Zoho Desk with Profit.co’s key result to automate your OKR check-ins. It automates the progress of views generated based on Tickets count, Calls count, Tasks count, and Events count.
• Profit.co <> Zenefits Integration: Profit.co’s integration with Zenefits allows users to sync the users from Zenefits and create them as users in Profit.co. It simplifies the synchronization process.
• Profit.co <> Bonusly Integration: Profit.co’s integration with Bonusly allows users to sync the users from Zenefits and create them as users in Profit.co.
• Profit.co <> ZingHR Integration: Profit.co’s integration with ZingHR allows users to sync the users from Zenefits and create them as users in Profit.co.
• Profit.co <> Drivetrain Integration: Profit.co integration with drivetrain allows users to automate the key result progress using query in Profit.co key result.
• Profit.co <> Quickbase Integration: Profit.co integration with Quickbase allows users to automate the key result progress using query in Profit.co key result.

UI Enhancements:

• Additional Filters for 9 Box Matrix: The 9 Box Matrix now has additional filters such as Review Participants and Job Titles to view and export review data.
• Configure “Who can nominate peers”: Users can now configure “Who can nominate peers?” for a performance review in Profit.co.
• Employee and HR Sign-Off questions: In Question Builder, visibility for specific questions can be set for Employee Sign-Off and HR Sign-Off.
• KPI Creation: All newly created KPIs will be accessible across all types of Key Results, as the previous limitation of adhering to a specific KR type has been lifted.
• OKRs by KPI: Presently, it is possible to view the number of Key Results associated with a specific KPI. Furthermore, the progress of the Key Result, including the check-in graph will be available.
• Rearrange Parent Tasks in List View: Users can now rearrange the tasks present in the List View.
• Default Task Assignee Filter: When the entire department is selected as assignees, users can individually view the employees of the department or teams in the Assignee filter.
• Objective Overview tab: The dashboard option is now available separately in the OKR Overview tab.
• Display of Upper/Lower Limit Values on the Control KPI Slider: The Control KPI Slider displays the At most, At least, and In-between values.
