Provide Excellent Implementation Experience

A Product implementation team wants to provide an excellent implementation experience for customers. How can they measure if they are delivering excellent implementation experience? These are some potential indicators:

1. Project timeline spillover
There should be no spillover in projects but estimation can go wrong for various reasons. If your project timeline spillover on average is 40%, cutting it down to 20% can improve the implementation experience.

2. CSAT after implementation
CSAT can measure how satisfied your customers are on the implementation process. If your CSAT score is 7.0 and increasing it to 9.0 will mean your customers are happy and the success of the implementation is directly connected to customer satisfaction.

3. Establish & Document Best practices
To ensure effective implementation it is necessary to establish and document best practices to confirm business readiness and avoid unplanned consequences.
