Improve User Experience

A UX team wants to improve the User experience of their product. How can they measure if they are delivering amazing user experience? These are some potential indicators:

1. Increase task success Rate
Task success rate is the % of tasks that users complete correctly. If you have a task success rate of 70%, increasing it to 90% will be an improvement in user experience.

2. System usability scale
System Usability Scale is one of the most efficient ways of gathering statistically valid data measure the usability of the website or product. Achieving more than 80% would mean your product’s usability is ‘excellent’.

3. Usability of product
Usability provides an important contribution to user experience. You can assess usability using the following steps, record the issues, identify the cause, assign a severity rating and recommend possible solutions.
