A coach/mentor can initiate an Individual Development Plan( IDP) in Profit. co. Once the coach/ mentor initiates an Individual Development Plan, the user will get a notification in the Action Center.
Why this feature?
Individual Development Plan (IDP) identifies the promising employees in the organization and helps them to shine better. It Enhances the employee’s Career by guiding you to learn the happening technologies in the industry and helps you to set the goal with a much larger vision.
Note: Super Users can add a coach/mentor by adding the user’s name in the mentor board before initiating the plan.
To know more about this follow the steps given below.
Step 1
Navigate to Performance → Individual Development Plan → Mentor IDPs from the left navigation panel.
Step 2
Click on the proposed IDP and the Mentor can just initiate the IDP or suggest some more activities by clicking on the “add a new activity”.
Step 3
Once the mentor adds a new activity and clicks Initiate IDP the status will be changed to “Initiated”.
