Now a coach/mentor can initiate a performance improvement plan( PIP) in Profit.co.Once the coach/ mentor initiates a performance improvement plan, the user will get a notification in the Action Center.
Note: Super users can add a coach/mentor by adding the user’s name in the mentor board before initiating the plan.
Why this feature?
The Performance Improvement Plan feature helps the employees who are struggling to perform in the organization by guiding them to improve their capabilities in their weaker areas.
Step 1
Navigate to Performance → Performance Improvement Plan → Mentor PIPs from the left navigation panel.
Step 2
Click on the proposed PIP and the Mentor can just initiate the PIP or suggest some more activities by clicking on the “Add a new activity”.
Step 3
Once the mentor adds new activity and clicks Initiate PIP the status will be changed to “Initiated”.
