Profit.co allows users to perform Self-assessment in performance evaluations. This provides an opportunity for all employees to showcase their achievements, strengths, weaknesses, and strategies for the future.

Why this feature?

  • Initiators can start employee performance reviews, and the users can perform their Self-Assessment.
  • Self-Assessment is the first step of the review process.
  • This will enable employees to self-assess their work before the management and peers begin their assessment.

Step 1:

Navigate to Performance → My Reviews from the left navigation panel.

Step 2:

In the My Reviews page, click on the Active Reviews tab and select the Self-assessment review listed below.

Step 3:

In the My Reviews: Active page, give Ratings for your competencies and click on the Comments option to provide your comments if needed.

Step 4:

Users can add Peer Reviewers to review their performance apart from their Manager.

Click on the Add Peers button and select employees from the drop-down menu and finally click on Add.

Step 5:

Users can view the Review Summary Information and Weights for their associated Competencies, Goals, and OKRs. Finally, click Submit.
