How do I view feedback requests? How do I complete a peer review?

Profit.co allows users to get feedback from Peers, Managers, and Colleagues after assessments in performance reviews.

Why this feature?

• Feedbacks are essential in performance assessments since it allows employees to give constructive criticism about their fellow employee’s performance.
• Users can view the pending feedback back requests which allow them to complete and submit the review without any further delay.

Step 1:

Navigate to Performance → Feedback Requests → Pending in the left navigation panel.

Step 2:

Click on any of the listed Feedback Requests: Pending to view and give the feedback.
