How do you define a key result of Baseline KPI in Profit?

We want to establish a value for customer satisfaction score. While creating key result in Profit, you will be presented with the six key result types available in Profit.
Selecting this key result type, will present a list of KPIs for you.
From this list, let’s select the KPI avg. customer satisfaction score.
Once you select the KPI, you will have an opportunity to define steps to obtain baseline for that KPI.
Click on “Create New” to create a new one.
This is how you create a key result of “Baseline KPI” type in Profit.
