How to view the Key result progress percentage of actual and planned values in check-in history?

Profit.co provides an option to view the key result’s progress percentage of actual and planned check-in values present in the history.

Why this feature?

• This feature enables the users to view the planned and actual check-in values for any Key Result. 
• Users can customize and modify the default check-in value when necessary with respect to organizational needs.
• The actual and planned check-in values will be visible only if we create the key result using the Increase, Decrease, and Control KPI.

Step 1

Navigate to Settings → OKRs → Controls from the left menu and enable the toggle for the option “Display Progress % against planned value in KR slider”.

Note: Only Super Users can enable this toggle.

Step 2

Navigate to OKR List View and select the Key Result for which you wish to view the check-in values.

Step 3

On the Key Result Overview page, click on the Check-ins tab. 

In the History section, users can view the progress percentage values of the planned and actual check-ins as well.

The planned check-in information will be highlighted in Blue color and the actual check-in information will be highlighted in Green color.

Note: If there is a key result assigned to multiple users and the user’s check-in with different values will be shown in the Actual vs Planned check-in history.
