What is the difference between Baseline Sequence and Milestone Sequence ?

Baseline Sequences are processes you would use to establish baselines for KPIs. So, essentially depending on the type of KPI, you may need different sequences. For example, establishing a baseline CSAT score may require you to go through a survey process which can have its own milestones. When you do use this in the key result, you will select a KPI for which you are trying to set the baseline for.
Milestone sequences are more general purpose and pretty much useful for any type of trackable activity. You can check out the following post
