How do I view My Org Meetings?

Category: General provides an option for managers to view the meetings of their team members.

Why this feature?

  • This feature provides an option for Managers to view how frequently their team members have meetings and are collaboratively working.
  • By using this feature, managers can offer guidance and support to their team members by observing their meetings. They can also identify any roadblocks or delays and take steps to ensure that everything stays on track.

Step 1

Navigate to Meetings from the left navigation panel.

On the top right corner, click on the My Org’s Meetings option, and the reporting user’s profiles will be listed on the right side of the page along with their team hierarchy.

By clicking on their profiles, you can find the scheduled meetings of your team members on their calendars. 

Step 2

To view all the information in a meeting, click on the Meeting. The meeting information will be displayed on the right side.
