How to assign a Task user role while creating a new user in Profit.co?

Profit.co now supports a new user role called “Task User” which provides access to the task module only.

Why this feature?

• Streamlines task management by enabling dedicated user accounts solely for task execution, optimizing team productivity and accountability.
• Facilitates role customization by offering specialized task-only accounts, allowing precise assignment of responsibilities and efficient workflow management within the organization.

Step 1

In the Profit Access Information section, select Task User under Role.

Step 2

The created user will have access only to the Task module.
