How to assign a Task user role while creating a new user in

Category: General now supports a new user role called “Task User” which provides access to the task module only.

Why this feature?

This feature allows you to create users only under the task module and these employees can only work on tasks and will not have access to use OKRs, PMS, or CFR.

Step 1

To learn how to create a new user, click here.

Step 2

In the Profit Access Information section, Under Role, select Task User.


Step 3

The new user will be created under the user role “Task User”.


Step 4

The created user will have access only to the Task module.
