How do I rearrange the order of KRs, Objectives, and Tasks in the OKRs List page?

Profit.co allows you to rearrange the order of KRs, Objectives, and Tasks through the drag & drop option in the OKRs list page.

Why this feature?

This helps you to keep the high priority Objectives, KRs, and Tasks at the top of the list and it helps you to organize OKRs and Tasks at your convenience.

Step 1

For instance, let’s say that the key result Increase Demo to Close Ratio by Q2-2022 has to be rearranged to the second position. Click on the Drag and Drop icon (6 dots) to the left of the key result, then drag and drop them to the desired position.

Now you can see the key result Increase Demo to Close Ratio by Q2-2022 has been moved to the second position.

Step 2

For instance, let's say that you want to move the objective Improve the SEO of landing page to the second position and want to bring the Increase the number of leads at the top. Click on the Drag and Drop icon(6 dots) to the left of the objective, then drag and drop them to the desired position.

Here you can see the objective Increase the number of leads has been moved to the top place.

Step 3

For instance, let’s say that Create SOP documents and publish has to be brought below the task Improve Localization Footprint. Click on the Drag and Drop icon ( 6 dots) to the left of the task name, then drag and drop them to the desired position.

Here you can see that the tasks have been rearranged.
