Profit.co allows you to view your OKRs from your past target dates.
Why this feature?
- By using this feature, you can select periods that you wish to view and view the OKRs in those corresponding periods.
- By analyzing past OKRs, you may notice patterns or trends that can help you understand what factors contributed to your success or challenges.
Profit.co's OKR management software lets teams review progress across any past period, making it easy to learn from previous cycles and set better goals for the next one.
Step 1
Navigate to OKRs → My Departments'/Employees' OKRs from the left menu.
On the Individuals OKRs page. Click on the Periods filter. Select the period that you wish to view from the drop-down menu.
Step 2
Once done, The OKRs corresponding to the Periods will be displayed. You can see the OKRs reports and progress from the dashboard for the selected Period.
