How to enable and customize reflection Dashboard?

Profit.co allows you to enable and customize the reflection dashboard to monitor and improve the Reflection process of the OKRs.

Why this feature?

The Reflection dashboard report helps you to view the responses given by various users while doing the reflections for their OKRs as graphs and charts. You can customize the reflection process questionnaire via the Question Builder option in the Reflect/Reset page.

Note: Only Super Users have access to customize the reflection dashboard.

Step 1:

Navigate to Settings → OKRs→ Reflect/Reset from the left navigation panel.

Step 2:

In the Reflect/Reset page, click on the Enable Reflect/Reset toggle and click on the Question Builder button.

Step 3:

Once you click on the Question Builder button, you will be navigated to the Master Layout page, where you can customize the reflect OKR questions via the Inspector tab.

Once you customize the questions for reflection, they will be available for the users in the Reflection panel under the OKRs Overview page.

Step 4:

Once the questions are answered and submitted, reports will be generated, and you can view the reports under Home → Reflection Dashboard.

Step 5:

In the Reflection Dashboard page, you can see the responses given by all the employees throughout the organization as reports.

On the top right corner, there will be a Period filter through which you can filter and see the dashboard based on different quarters. Also, you can select multiple periods and view them all at once in the dashboard.

Step 6:

The responses given under open-ending questions will be displayed as a word cloud in the dashboard.

Step 7:

You can also export the Reflection Dashboard report using the Export option present in the right corner of the Reflection Dashboard page.

Once you click on the Export option, the reflection dashboard report will be downloaded in the .CSV format.
