How to set up a new milestone sequence?
Category: OKRs
Profit.co provides an option to create Milestone Sequences which can be stored as a Template to create a key result using non-measurable Milestone Tracked.
Why this feature?
- Milestone sequences provide a structured roadmap by breaking down the project into manageable phases or stages.
- In Profit.co a milestone tracked Key Result is non-measurable.
- While creating a new key result we can create a new milestone sequence. The created milestone sequence will be saved under the category My Templates.
Step 1
For instance, let’s create a key result using Milestone Tracked under the Activity-based type and select the MIlestone Sequence

Step 2
Either you can choose a sequence from the Standard Template or you can create a new sequence by clicking the + icon.

Create the sequence and set the target percentage individually. You can also set the Sequence Target to more than 100% by clicking Add.

Step 3
To view the newly created Milestone Sequence, navigate to Settings → OKRs → Authoring. Then navigate to the Key Results tab.

You can drag and drop the Milestone Sequence on top of your list. So you can find it on the top order while creating a new Milestone tracked key result.
