How to set up custom check-in frequency?

Profit.co provides the option to set up a custom check-in frequency for Key Results. 

Why this feature?

This feature enables the user to customize the frequency to perform check-ins for the Key Results. Subsequently, you can manage the frequency of your check-ins according to your needs.

Step 1

Navigate to Settings → OKRs→ Frequencies from the left navigation panel.

Note: Only Super Users have access to customize check-in frequency.

In the Frequencies page, select the Custom Tab and click on the Create button to custom-create your own check-in frequencies.

Name your frequencies and add check-in dates using the Add button. Once done click on Create button.

Note: The check-in frequency calendar will be displayed based on the quarter in which you are present. You can select dates from the current quarter's calendar.

Step 2

Once you add the dates, make sure to add the newly created frequency in the default frequencies section using Please Choose → Custom → Every 15 Days. You can edit the created frequency using the  icon, if you wish to change the name or add/ delete check-in dates.

Step 3

The newly created frequency will now be added under the Default Frequency.

When you create a key result, add the custom check-in frequency using the + add icon.
