How to create a new portfolio in profit.co?

Profit.co provides the ability to create Portfolios to efficiently organize and manage multiple projects in one place.
Why this feature?
- It helps organize projects into Portfolios for quick access, task prioritization, and improved team collaboration.
- It combines multiple projects to track progress, manage resources, and ensure they align with business goals.
Step 1
Navigate to Portfolios and Projects → Portfolio Roadmaps from the left navigation panel.
On the Portfolio Roadmaps page, click the + Create Roadmap button.
On the Create Roadmap side panel, fill in the Roadmap Name, set the visibility, and click the Create button.
Step 2
Afterward, you'll be directed to the Roadmap page, where you can create your Portfolio by clicking the Create Portfolio button.
To include the portfolios from the existing roadmap, just click the "Add Portfolios" button.
On the Create Portfolio page, Fill in the required details (Portfolio name, choose from the template if required, Date, Owner, Status, Visibility) Once done, Click the Create button.
A newly created Portfolio will appear on the roadmap overview page.
Step 3
To create multiple portfolios, Click on the Search icon then choose the portfolio or create a new portfolio using the + Create Portfolio option.
