How do I create a Key Result using Increase KPI?

Category: OKRs allows you to create a key result using Increase KPI and measure the progress.

Why this feature?

Increase KPI helps you to help you measure key results when you want to increase the value of specific performance, result, or progress.

Step 1

Navigate to the OKR → My Department/ Employee OKRs in the list view where you want to create the key result.

Below the new Objective or in an existing OKR click on the + icon to create a new Key Result and select Using Form Method.

Step 2

Type the Key Result Name, KPI type, KPI Metric, and click Create.

Users can view the created Key Result under the objective.
