How do I create a Key Result using Increase KPI?

In, if you want to measure a Key Result by increasing the value of a KPI then choose Increase KPI.

To create a Key Result using Increase KPI,

Step 1
Select OKRs >> My OKRs in the left navigation panel.

A List of existing OKRs will appear.

Click on the [+] icon to enable creating Key Result via Quick Create.


Or, you can also create Key results using a Step-by-Step guide.

What do you want to do?
Select Increase KPI and click the Next button.

What do you want to change? 
Select the required KPI for the Key Result by the category or by your managers’ KPIs and click the Next button.

If the required KPI is not available in the predefined list, click on Create KPI to create a custom KPI.


Note: Custom KPIs can be created only by the Super Users and the Profit Managers.

What is the extent of the change?
Here, you need to enter the initial and final value. For example: Increase the # of Active users from 1000 to 2000.

Click the Next Button.

Step 6
When do you want that accomplished?
You can set the deadline against which you plan to achieve the Key Result. Use the arrows to move to the next or previous financial year timeline. Click the Next button.

Any other context you want to add? 
You can edit the name of the Key Result here or you can even add additional context to the Key Result, for better understanding and is not mandatory. Click the Next button.

Do you want to assign the key result to someone?

Here you can assign your key result to someone or you can even assign it as an Objective.

How often do you want to update status?
Choose the required check-in frequency by clicking on the Select button.

Note: Multiple check-ins can also be selected.

Complete creation

Click on the Complete button to create the Key Result.

The key result is created using the Increase KPI
