What is the Key Result Progress Presentation?
The Key Result Progress Presentation is a downloadable slide deck that shows a Key Result's progress for a chosen OKR level and period. A separate KRs Progress Presentation - Hierarchical View option presents the same kind of export in a rolled-up, hierarchical structure.
Both presentation types support field selection from their own customization screen. You choose which Objective and Key Result fields, including Owner, From, To, Actual, Progress(%), and Status, appear in the export; the Name field is locked and always included.

How It Works
Step 1
- Navigate to Settings → OKRs → Views from the left navigation panel.
- On the General tab, enable the toggle for KRs Progress Presentation.

The Customize: KRs Progress Presentation & KRs Progress Presentation - Hierarchical View screen in this same Settings → OKRs → Views area now includes field selection. Check or uncheck the Objective and Key Result fields you want in the export; Name stays locked and is always included. Save the configuration, and future exports reflect your selection.
Step 2
- Navigate to the OKRs page and choose the required OKR level where you want to download the presentation.
- Click on the Presentation icon and select KRs Progress Presentation.
Step 3
- In the side panel, give a name for the presentation.
- Use the Period filter to select multiple periods at a time if needed.
- Click Download.
Step 4
- The KRs Progress Presentation downloads for the department you selected.
