The customisation screen for this view also includes a Presentation Style dropdown. KR Plan vs Actual View is a presentation style option that adds Plan, Actual, and Comments columns next to the hierarchy, so target and actual performance for every key result appear side by side.

Before this presentation, understanding how OKRs across teams rolled up to higher-level goals meant piecing the hierarchy together manually, and comparing planned versus actual key result values meant switching between screens or compiling the numbers by hand. The Hierarchical View lays out the full OKR tree in one export, and KR Plan vs Actual View puts target and actual progress for every key result on the same slide.

How Do I Download the KR Progress Presentation?
Step 1
- Navigate to Settings → OKRs → Views from the left navigation panel and switch to the General tab.
- Enable the KRs Progress Presentation - Hierarchical View toggle.
- Open the KR Progress Presentation, Hierarchical View customisation, and on the Presentation Style dropdown, select KR Plan vs Actual View.
- After choosing the required template, click Save.
Step 2
- Navigate to the OKRs from the left navigation panel and choose the Key Result Progress Presentation based on Hierarchical view and check the slide preview.
- Choose the required OKRs and click Download.
