How do I view the progress and analytical dashboard of the entire organization?

Profit.co provides you an option to view the complete progress of the OKRs at the organization level.

Why this feature?

By using this feature you can view the dashboards of the OKRs progress at different levels in a single shot through the Home menu.

Step 1

From the left navigation panel navigate to Home → Company Dashboard

Dashboard will show all the details of the OKRs and its progress through reports. You can filter those based on the periods as well like (Quarterly, Bi-annually, Annually).

Step 2

You can see the company dashboard which displays the summarized count of the below aspects at an organization level,

  • Users
  • Objectives
  • Key Results
  • Tasks

Step 3

The overall progress of the OKRs at the organization level can be seen in the company’s overall OKR progress and based on the statuses Hovering on any of the statuses in the chart, it will display the count of the OKRs. Clicking on the status in the chart will open a detailed page and display the OKRs list with respect to a particular status

Step 4

Next to the Overall progress chart, you can see the report for OKRs by Department which will show the progress of the department OKRs based on the statuses

Hovering the mouse over any of the department’s progress bars in the chart, will display the count of the OKRs of that particular department based on the statuses.

Clicking on any of the statuses for a particular department will open a detailed page and display the corresponding OKRs which are in that status.

Step 5

If any department has sub departments, you can click on the department name which will drill down to the next level and show the progress chart of the Individual OKRs in sub departments as in parent departments.

Step 6

There is a Dashboard to show the Remaining vs Achieved chart. It will show the % of completed OKRs and not completed OKRs at the organization level.

Clicking on it will drill down to a page and show the OKRs list that are completed/not completed.

Step 7

Below the Individual OKRs by Department report, you can see the report for Remaining vs Achieved by Department. It will show the completed and not completed OKRs based on the departments.

Clicking on it will drill down to a page and show the OKRs list in that particular department which are completed/not completed.
