How to enable and add KR Dependencies?

In, you can enable and add dependencies to your Key Result. Users can include any key results as dependencies while creating their key results.

Why this feature?

This feature allows you to create a dependent key result to manage the dependencies with other departments/teams. With this feature, you can effectively monitor the OKRs progression without any delegations because of the dependency factor.

Step 1

To enable Dependencies, navigate to Settings → OKRs → Alignments & Dependencies from the left navigation panel.

In the Alignments & Dependencies page, scroll down to the Dependencies section, and enable the Enable KR to KR Dependencies toggle.

Now, navigate to All My OKRs page and select the Key Result you wish to create a dependency.

Select the Alignments tab and in the Dependencies section, click on the + Add Key Result button.

A pop-up will appear, where you can choose the dependent Key Result for your selected KR from Department, Teams, or Employees OKRs.

Once done, click on Add.

For Instance, Let’s create dependency with the key result - Expand existing ARR from $0M to $150M for the selected KR.

Now, the Key Result will be added as a Dependent KR.
