How can I create a conversation review?

You can now set a conversation-based performance review for the employee assessment process in your organization.

Why this feature? allows you to customize and create your own conversation-based performance review via Master Layout. This Review type is user-friendly so that the organizations can create their own lists of competencies that they wish to evaluate in the assessment of their employees.

Step 1:

Navigate to Settings→ Performance→ Reviews.


Step 2:

Select the Question Builder option in the Customize questions and comment section.


Step 3

Now select the attributes that you want to include in the review from the Palette.


Let’s say that you want to include attributes like Number, Text, and Textarea to create your own review conversation. Just drag and drop the required attributes into the Question builder page.

Step 4:

Once you place the attribute, click on it and you will be directed to the Inspector tab. There you can change the name of the attributes. Here the attribute Input (Text) is changed to How satisfied are you with your current work-life balance?.


Step 5:

Now scroll down to the Assessment column and enable the type of visibility that you want to set for the review. You can choose Self Assessment, Manager Assessment, or 360-degree Assessment.

Here we have enabled theManager Assessment toggle, so this assessment can be performed only by the Manager.
