I want to give more weightage to a key result in an objective and how to measure OKR progress based on the key results weightage?

Navigate to Settings → OKRs → Controls. Locate the Weighted Key Results section.
Profit allows you to set weight in two ways,
- To equally assign weightage for each key result in the objective.
- Allow users to define weightage for each key results in the objective.
Note: These weightage settings are not teams, departments or employee-specific. This setting applies to all the OKRs in the organization.
Equal weight for every key result:
When you select this option all the key results in the objective will receive equal weightage. If you have 2 key results in an objective, then both receive 50% weightage. Likewise, if you have 3 key results each will receive 33.33% (100 divided 3) weightage.
In this example below, [2] you can see the progress of the 2 key results 56% and 50% respectively and the total progress of the objective is the average of the key results progress that is 53%
Allow user to define the weight:
You can select this option when you want your employees to manually define the weightage for each key result.
Once this setting is enabled, Objectives will show a weighing scale icon as highlighted in the image below. Users can click this icon and set the weight for each key result.
The total weightage of the key results should be equal to 1.
Click the weighing scale icon and,
- For the KR Increase # of Signups from 200 to 500 enter the weight as 0.60.
- For the KR Increase # of social Media Followers from 1000 to 3000 enter the weight as 0.60.
- Click Apply
Once the weightage for the key result is set, the weighing scale icon is displayed without a warning icon.
Before setting key result weight:
After the setting key result weight(Total weight equals 1):
So the overall progress for the objective - Improve Online Lead Generation is calculated as follows.
Objective[(Key result progress1 x key result weightage1) + (Key result progressn x key result weightage)]
