How to add Ratings?

Category: Performance allows users to add ratings based on the performance of employees.

Why this Feature?

  • Ratings are used in Performance Reviews to indicate an employee's level of performance or achievement.
  • During performance evaluations, users can provide ratings to employees. This enables the employee to identify and perform better in weaker areas.

Note: You can also define the Ratings with the decimal values.

Step 1

As a first step navigate to the Settings icon.

Step 2

In the Settings menu, click Performance → Reviews and select the Rating Controls tab.

To create a new rating click on the Create Rating button and if needed you can Enable Customize Rating Percentage toggle to configure rating percentages.

Step 3

In the Create Ratings side panel, choose Color, Emoji, Rating Score, Name, and Description according to your organizational needs. Once done, select Create.

For instance, let us create a new rating named Exemplary.

New Rating

The newly created Rating will be added to the Ratings Control page.
