Profit.co provides an option to users to check the history of progress in Goals via “Audit Trail”.
Why this feature?
- Checking the history of progress in goals provides motivation, insight into what works, and helps track achievements, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
- Audit Trail helps you to track the progress details of your employees on a single page.
- You can view the previous and current values, status, and comments given.
Step 1
Navigate to Performance → Goals from the left navigation panel.
Select the My Goals tab. You can find your goals.
Step 2
Click on the Ellipsis icon of the required Goal and select the Audit Trail option.
You will be able to see the Check-in Value, Action, and Status details.
