How to set conditional attributes in Performance Review?

Profit.co allows you to set criteria for conditional attributes while framing questions in performance reviews.

Why this feature?

  • With this feature, Super Users can frame the questionnaires with conditions in Q&A-based reviews. 
  • This feature also enables the super users to choose the assessment-type visibility for the framed questions.

Step 1

Navigate to Settings→ Performance→ Reviews from the left navigation panel and switch to the Question Templates tab.

Click the Edit icon on your preferred template.

Step 2

For Instance, let's customize the Standard template.

On the Update Template page, click on the Question for which you want to set conditional attributes. Here is the question: What have you done well? is selected.

Once you select the Question, navigate to the Inspector tab. Enable the Conditional toggle in the Visibility section and click on the Set Criteria option.

Step 3

In the Set Criteria window, click on the Insert Attribute drop-down and select the Question to which you want to link the condition.

Here, the question “Do you have a positive attitude towards your job?” is selected.

Select the attribute Condition that you want to apply. Here, the attribute = is selected.

As a final step, enter the attribute Value for the condition and click the update button.

Once you set the criteria, click on the Save button.
