What are KR Associated Goals in Profit.co?

Profit.co allows you to view the Goals associated with any Key Results that are summarised to give you an overview.
Why this feature?
- This allows users to view all the goals with their corresponding key results from a single window.
- This feature enables users to access and monitor the status of the goals and their key results progress assigned to them.
- Users can filter participants and periods to view the Goals associated with the key results.
Step 1:
Navigate to Performance → Reports → KR Associated Goals from the left navigation panel.
Step 2:
On the KR Associated Goals page, users can view the KR Name and Assignee. Users can also monitor the status of their goals.
Users can view the KR Names and # of Goals with the target dates and weights of each of them.
Users can select the Participants filter to view specific employees and departmental Goals. Users can also use the Search tab to search employees and departments.
Users can use the Period filter to access specific periods of time.
Users can use the Export icon to download the Goals and KR Progress.
