How can the user view all the associated tasks under the key result?

Profit.co allows you to view all the associated tasks under the Key results in the OKRs list page.

Why this feature?

The owner of the key result can view all the tasks that are associated with their KRs. If a user creates a task under Key Result and assigns it to another employee, the task will be seen under that Key Results for effective tracking.

Note: Only Super users can access Settings.

Step 1

Navigate to Settings → Tasks → Security from the left navigation panel.

Step 2

Under Tasks visibility section, enable the Key Result owner can see all associated tasks toogle.

Note: By default, the toggle will be enabled.

Step 3

You can assign Tasks to a key result in two ways.

• Create a task under a key result on the OKRs list page
• Tasks→ My Tasks → + Add New task,

For Instance, Let’s say that the owner of the key result Maintain at least 75% Initial lead response time < 5 mins assigns a task via the OKR overview page to the user Allice Mills.

Step 4

He also assigns a task to a user Benjamin Hart and links with the same key result Maintain at least 75% Initial lead response time < 5 mins.

Step 5

Now the assigned tasks can be viewed under the particular key result.

• If the toggle is enabled, the Key Result owner can see all the associated tasks
• If the toggle is disabled, the Key Result owner can see only those tasks that are assigned to them.
