How do I assign tasks to others?

Category: Tasks allows you to assign tasks to others.

Why this Feature?

By using this feature users can assign tasks to their team members and track their progress.

Step 1

From the left navigation panel navigate to Tasks → My Space→ My Tasks.


Click on the + icon to create a new Task.


If you want to assign any Tasks to your associates you can switch over to My Org where you can view the list of employees who reports to you.


Step 2

Let’s assign a task to Brad Adams and click Apply.

Step 3

To view, the assigned tasks navigate to Tasks → My Space→ My Tasks for Others.


For the assignee, it will be seen under their My Tasks view.
