How to Copy Workspace and Boards in Task Management ?

You can now copy the created workspace and boards in Task Management in Profit.co.This will help you to copy the workspace from one place to another.

Step1:

Mouse hover the Workspace and click on the ellipsis icon.

In that section select Copy Workspace.

For instance, let's copy the Workspace named Marketing.

By default, you’ll be getting the name Marketing(copy). You can also edit the name by clicking the default name.

Finally, click Copy Workspace.

The Workspace will be present below the list of Workspaces.

Note: The created boards will be present in the copied Workspace.

Step 2:

Mouse hover the Board which you want to copy and click on the ellipsis icon.

For instance, let's copy the Workspace named Digital Marketing.

By default, you’ll be getting the name Digital Marketing(copy). You can also edit the name by clicking the default name.

Select the Workspace where you want to paste the copy of the board.

For instance, select the Workspace named Sales and click Copy Board.

The copied board will be present inside the Sales Workspace.
