How to filter the Tasks that are assigned to me and others in Task Management?

Category: Tasks provides an option for the users to filter and view the Tasks that are assigned to them through the Assignee filter option on the Task page.

Why this feature ?

In Task management you can view tasks that are assigned to you and others in the workspace simultaneously,but at times when you are in a hurry to just take a look at the tasks assigned to you alone or any other specific user for instance, you may click on this assignee name filter icon.


By clicking on this Me icon, you can view the tasks that are assigned to you alone.

By clicking on this assignee icon, who are actually the added members of your workspace you can choose the particular name and view the tasks assigned to them alone.

If you don’t have a workspace yet, let’s help you get quickly started with creating workspace and board.

To know how to filter names to view the assigned tasks, follow these steps,

Step 1:

On the top of the Workspace or Board page, users can see the filter option for Assignees.

By clicking on the “Me” i.e the owner of the account can view tasks assigned to him in the corresponding Workspace or Board Page.


Step 2:

The second one is the All Assignees option.

When the user clicks on the All Assignees icon, the list of all assignees will be displayed in the dropdown


Users can select any specific user from the dropdown and view the corresponding assignee’s tasks alone in the corresponding Workspace or Board.

For instance, if the user wants to see only the task of the assignee named Mary Cynthia the user should select only that particular user and to deselect others. Here you can see the task of Mary Cynthia displayed.
