How do I add employee/job grade to an employee?

Category: Performance allows you to add a job grade to an employee.

Note: You must be a super user to perform this task.

Why this feature?

Assigning relevant grades to employees allows your organization to conduct accurate performance reviews.

Step 1:

Navigate to Settings —> User Management —> Active users

Step 2:

Click on the edit icon


Step 3:

Under the department details section, you can select the grade and click Update to save your changes.
