How do I create employee/job grades?

In, you can create Employee Grades and assign them to employees. Grades enable users to identify employees and their job roles.

Why this Feature?

  • By using this feature you can pre-define and assign Grades to employees based on their job proficiency.
  • This creates a framework within the organization and aids in monitoring the employees efficiently.

Step 1:

Navigate to Settings → General → Grades from the left navigation panel.

Step 2:

On the Grades page, click on Create button to add employee Grades.

Step 3:

On Create Grade page, customize Grades according to your organizational needs.

You can also define Competencies and limit the number of Peer Assessments the employee can perform.

Once done, click on Create button.

Step 4:

Now, a new Employee Grade will be added to the Grades page.
