How to allow employees to add as Reviewees?

Category: Performance now allows the employees to choose themselves as reviewees if they want to review someone else's performances. This can be configured through Settings by the superuser.

Step 1:

Go to Settings → Performance → Reviews from the left navigation panel.

Enable the Peer Assessment toggle and click on the pencil icon to make the following under Actions.

Enable the “Employees can choose their Reviewees” toggle. By default, this toggle will be disabled.

Note: Once you enable this toggle “Employees can suggest Peer Reviewers” will be disabled. The super user can choose only one toggle at a time.

Step 2:

Go to Performance → My Reviews.

You’ll be redirected to the My Reviews page where you can find all your current reviews. Click on the review that you need to modify.

In the menu, you’ll be viewing the Add Reviewees page where you can add the reviewees.

Step 3:

Once you click on the Add Reviewees button you’ll be getting the employees list where you can add them.

Type the name or mark the employee who is highlighted with a tick sign and click on the Add Reviewees button.

Step 4:

After clicking on the Add button you’ll be viewing the employee’s name on the Add Reviewees page.

The selected reviewees will be added as peer reviewers in the corresponding employee’s review form. Managers can see those selected employee names and approve the feedback request. Those selected employees can view the pending feedback request on the Pending page and provide feedback.
