How to check the Calibration Rating on Review Summary Information?

Profit.co provides an option now to see the calibrated rating of the employee in the Summary Box.

Why this Feature?

Earlier when the HR Administration launches calibration the calibrated score can only be viewed on the Bell Curve. But now in the Review Summary Information a separate Summary Box will be showing the Calibration Rating where all the employees can view the calibration score.

Step 1

If the HR Administration launches the Calibration Rating the rating will be calculated.

Step 2

And the employees who performed the Self Assessment and the manager Assessment can see the Calibration Rating.

Note:

• The employees who performed the self-assessment can see the Calibration Rating on the My Reviews page.
• The employees who performed the manager assessment can see the Calibration Rating on the My Org’s Review page.
• The HR can view it through the Performance Review Dashboard.
