How to check the Calibration Rating on Review Summary Information?

Profit.co provides an option now to see the calibrated rating of the employee in the Summary Box. 

Why this feature?

• Earlier when the HR Administration launches calibration the calibrated score can be viewed on the Bell Curve.
• But now in the Review Summary Information, a separate Summary Box will be showing the Calibration Rating.

Step 1

The HR Admin has to launch the calibration for the Performance Review. 

Select the calibration group members and Launch.

The members can navigate to the Calibration menu and select the Performance Review.

The members of the group can change the overall score and Submit it.

Note: If you change the rating score, the percentage score will update accordingly, and if you change the percentage score, the rating score will adjust as well.

Step 2

The employees who performed the self-assessment can see the Calibration Rating on the My Reviews page.

The HR can view it through the Performance Review Dashboard.
