How to define weights at competency group level in Profit.co?

In Profit.co when you create competency groups, you can define weights for competency groups and OKRs in the scoring buckets.

Why this feature?

This feature helps to assign weights among the different levels of the competency group based on the priority of the organization. You can plan and perform your tasks according to the weights assigned to each competency.

Step 1:

Go to Settings → Performance → Reviews.

Step 2

Enable the toggle for Scoring Buckets.

Step 3

After enabling the toggle under the scoring buckets, click on the pencil icon to enable scoring for competencies.

Once the weight is applied, you can further choose to distribute the weights for each competency group.

Step 4

The applied weights for each competency group can further be overridden at grades level.

Step 5

Finally, click Update.
