How do I assign Tasks to multiple assignees in

Category: Tasks provides an option to assign Tasks to multiple assignees. This will allow all the selected assignees to administer Tasks and motivates them to complete them on time.

Why this Feature?

This feature enables users to assign Tasks to multiple employees simultaneously. Adding multiple assignees to tasks helps the employees to complete tasks on time. The employees can share and contribute to the assigned tasks based on their job role and complete them efficiently from the Workspace page.

Note: Only Super User can enable multiple assignees for a Task Assignment.

Step 1:

Navigate to Settings → Tasks → Security from the left navigation panel.


Step 2:

In the Security page, Enable the Toggle to Enable multiple assignees for a Task.


Step 3:

Now, Navigate to My Task page and click on the Task you wish to assign multiple employees. For instance, Let’s select a Task named Increase the number of blogs. Click on the Default assignee picture and Select employees from the drop-down menu. Once you select the assignees from the list, click Apply.

Step 4:

The Task will be assigned to the selected assignees. The assigned Task will be sent for approval to the selected assignees.

Now, Navigate to Tasks → My Tasks for Others from the left navigation panel to view the assigned Tasks.


You can view the assigned task by clicking on the assignee image from the directory.
