How do I provide feedback on my peers?

All employees can choose peers and request a 360-degree assessment before they submit their self-assessment. The manager can add/remove peers and request feedback from them before submitting it to HR. If you have been requested for peer review, it will be displayed as pending Feedback Request.

Why this feature?

This feature allows you to give constructive feedback about your fellow employees regarding their technical and professional competencies. This feedback can help the employee to know about their strengths and shortfalls. It also aids the organization to develop team spirit and fellowship among the employees.

Step 1

Navigate to Performance → Reviews from the left navigation menu. On the Peer Assessment menu under the Active page click on the assessment which you want to perform.

Step 2

Move the performance indicator to rate the competencies and click on Click to provide comments to post your comments. Click Submit.

Step 3

Once you have submitted your review, it will be moved to the Past section.

Step 4

If you decline, it will be moved to Declined.

Note: You can also fill up the peer assessment review form via the Action Center .
