How to set OKRs visibility in performance reviews?

Category: Performance

You can now control the visibility of OKR progress at the assessment level like manager, HR, peer assessment, secondary assessment, and self-assessment in Profit.co. Also, you can disable the overall visibility option for the OKRs in the performance management module.

Note: Before you set OKR visibility for performance review, you need to enable Goals via Settings. Only Super users have access to Settings.

Step 1

To do this, navigate to Settings → Performance → Goals from the left navigation panel.

Enable the Goals toggle.

Step 2

To set visibility, navigate to Settings → Performance → Reviews from the left navigation panel.

Step 3

Click on the eye icon of Show OKRs toggle, a drop down will appear, with a list mentioning Self assessment, Peer assessment, Manager assessment, Secondary assessment, and HR assessment, here you can select where the OKR Review can be dispalyed.

Note: By default the Show OKRs toggle will be enabled and all the 5 visibility checklists will also be enabled. If the super user disabled the Show OKRs toggle the eye icon will be hidden.

Self Assessment

  • When the user uncheck the self assessment then it should reflect in the “My Reviews”

Peer Assessment

  • When the user uncheck the peer assessment then it should reflect in the “Feedback”
