Time-bound goals drive accountability
Because an objective isn’t measurable in itself, you’ll need to define a deadline.
The best objectives are time-constrained. Having a timeline eliminates the looming possibility of procrastination. Keeping objectives within a short and strict time frame, encourages focus and allows you to review them in cycles.
This not only helps you quickly identify what’s working and what isn’t, it also allows you to change course in a new cycle if your Objectives are not contributing to your Company OKRs.
