How to show the Peers' feedback to employees immediately or after a review is completed?

You can now view your peer feedback given by other employees in  Profit. co.

Note: Only Superusers can perform this action.

Step 1:

Go to Settings → Performance → Reviews from the left navigation panel.

Below the Employee Performance Review section enable the toggle for the option Show peer feedback to employees.

Step 2:

For instance, if you have selected the option Review Completed.

The user can view the peer’s feedback once the Manager completes the assessment.

For instance, if you have selected the option Peer Submitted.

The user can view the peer’s feedback even if the Manager didn’t complete the assessment.

Note: If the Manager assigned the user for performing the peer reviews. The user’s name will not  be visible.
