Power Productivity with New Features in Profit.co:

OKR:

• Reassigning OKRs of a Terminated User to the Reporting Manager/Department: Users who have been terminated can now transfer their OKRs to another user. Additionally, it’s possible to assign these OKRs based on specific filters. The reassignment of OKRs and Tasks will occur immediately rather than waiting until the final day of the termination period.

Performance Management:

• Customize Rating Percentage: Users can now configure and customize the Rating Percentage based on their organizational needs. The Overall percentage in the Review Summary Info will be updated to reflect the modified rating percentage.

CFR:

• Private Notes section in Meetings module: Currently in the Meetings module, we have the option to add Private Notes.

UI Enhancement:

• Dashboard – Heatmap: Under the Department and Team Heatmap, legends are added.
• Owner field for Individual Objectives: The owner field will be visible when creating/editing Individual objectives.
• Summary Slide in Present View: In the Present view of the department’s progress, the Summary slide will be showcased. This slide illustrates the progress of the department’s key results.
• News Feed in OKRs Overview Menu: Changes made to Objectives and Key Results will be collected in the News Feed, accessible from the overview menu of the Objectives and Key Results.
• Overall Rating: In the Review Template, users can now enable the Overall toggle to include Overall Ratings in Performance Reviews.

• Profit.co <> ADFS SSO Integration: With your ADFS single sign-on, you can access Profit.co OKR software.
