How to reward points to the employees through Home?

Profit.co provides an option to all the users to reward points to any employees in their organization.

Why this feature?

• By using this feature the users can appreciate other co-workers by rewarding points according to their performance. 
• Reward points incentivize employees, promoting engagement, motivation, and recognition, enhancing job satisfaction and performance.

Step 1

Navigate to Home from the left navigation panel.

You can express appreciation and reward points by creating an appreciation post. 

Just click on the Start a post bar and mention the employee by using "@" and then grant points by selecting the "+" option.

You can Drag & Drop the Actions, summary, and Feed as per your requirements and preferences. 

Note: The Homepage Announcement filter now includes automated posts, giving users full visibility of all communication types.
