How to share summary information using SAP Success Factors?

Profit.co provides an option to share the sync summary information to the configured Email regarding SAP SuccessFactors User Import Integration.

The summary information includes, 

  • Number of Users Synced 
  • Number of Users Created 
  • Number of Users Updated 
  • Number of Users Failed

Number of Users Disabled about the last sync that happened.

Step 1

Navigate to Settings → Integrations from the left menu.

 

On the Business Level tab click on the SAP Success Factor Manage button.

Enter the connection name, APIs and other SAP credentials to connect.

Step 2

After getting connected enable the toggle for “Share Summary”.

Enter the recipients and set the days when you want to send the summary information through the mail. Finally, click on Update.
