How to Enable Accept/Reject Goal Options in Profit.co

Profit.co provides a request option for all users to accept/reject goals assigned to them.

Why this feature?

Step 1: 

Navigate to Settings → Performance → Goals from the left navigation panel. On the Goals page, under the goal assignment section, enable the toggle "Accept/Reject for Goal Assignments."

Step 2: 

When a goal is assigned to another user, the assignee will receive a notification with the request option to either accept or reject the goal.

You can accept/reject goals under the Actions section on the Home page. Look for "Goals assigned to you " to review and respond to pending goal assignments.

You will receive automated email notifications whenever an assigned goal is either accepted or rejected.

To enable email notifications for goal approvals and rejections, follow these steps:

Navigate to Settings → General → Notifications from the left navigation panel and switch to the Action Center tab.

Click the Performance tab.

On the Performance tab, go to the Goals section, and click the edit icon next to Assigned Goals Rejected or Assigned Goals Accepted.

On the side panel, enable the toggle "Email Notification" and update. Then, you will receive automated email notifications that include key details such as the goal name, status, comments (if any), and the approver's name.
